Wonderful

Marija warmly welcomed us and she was truly helpful and good with us. The bed is amazing and the view is stunning as promised. There is a bus stop down the apartment which takes you to the city center (15min). I highly recommend it

We loved our night here and will definitely be back in future!

Marija was amazing! The apartment is so lovely, a really comfy bed, and great shower. We arrived late and had a onderful instructions for how to get to the property, and the location was also easy to get to on the bus. Marija was kind enough to let us try her family’s homemade liqueur which was divine and also made us a delish coffee!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G apartments and view. Housekeeper really went extra mile by greeting us. Recommend this apartments, we stayed at the room with a balcony. It was wery sad to leave this place.

Perfect relaxing holiday spot

The view from our room was insane! The terrace was gorgeous, there was a kitchen with everything and it was so lovely to sit out of the heat under the olive tree and relax. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer, so helpful and lent us beach towels when we didn’t have any.

I can’t fault Maritimo, welcoming ,informative and helpful hosts, the room was great and it is only a short distance from the old town. (15 mins on bus for 2 euro) Very quiet spot if you are looking to be away from the busy old town and a minute walk away from the sea if you need a swim.

Beautiful home in Dubrovnik

The hosts Marija and Mimi were so welcoming and kind. My partner was unwell and they gave us some chicken noodle soup to help him feel better. The home has everything you need with a little kitchenette and washing machine. The room was spacious and clean. Was perfect for our short stay, would definitely come back!

Comfortable but difficult to find room about 20 mins on regular bus route from old town

Clean comptable apartment. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Easy access to bus into and out of old town - 2e per 15 -20 mins trip. Good restaurant nearby opposite bus stop back into town. Owner quick to respond to enquiries.

Quite difficult to find where it is. Narrow unmarked entrance up between 2 buildings About 4 flights up with twists and turns crossing what seems to be someone’s balcony. Would not have located it without owner meeting me.

Marija was very friendly and ready to help us with tip for the city the room has everything you want ,hairdryer, iron, kitchen ,waschmaschine and the most clean i ever were ! Bus station is across the road and in 10 minutes you re in the city center from early morning till midnight. Thank you Marija!!! Best regards

nice host, great sea view from the room balcony, easy access to local bus going to the downtown Dubrovnik. Quiet place.

Exceptional

The room was brilliant and exactly what we expected and hoped for. It was exactly as shown in the picture, was nicely decorated, clean and tidy with a beautiful view from the balcony. Dinka, Mimi and Marija who run the apartment with their family were all great hosts and very helpful and friendly. The highlight of our stay was when we were lucky enough to enjoy a delightful 5 course meal (along with a few other guests who were great company) which was hosted by Dinka and his family. All ingredients were homegrown and freshly caught by Dinka himself, who was wonderful to talk to and gave a brilliant insight into the croatian culture. The entire 1 week stay was perfect with no problems and the location was very suitable with a beautiful view, the bus stop right outside and just a couple euros and a 10 minute bus ride into old town making it easily accessible with the busses running until late. There was also a lovely restiarant a couple doors down which was rather conveniant, great food and great owners. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting dubrovnik. We would stay here again 100%. Thank you for making our holiday perfect

Forever in love

WE LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE FAMILY WHO RUNS IT. Really, i write on capital letters because if you are going to Dubrovnik (and you should!) THIS is the place for you to stay! It is new and lovely, confy and clean. It was the best bed and sheets we slept into. The charming stone walls of the house make you feel you are in a movie, just take a sit at the yard besides the olive tree and you will see! The distance is not a problem at all, I would say it is perfect, because you can enjoy calmness and still be very near to the center. You have a place to park and the bus stops just in front of the house (you don't want to go to Dubrovnik center with a car, believe me), which makes this Booking a great deal. The whole family is lovely and if you are lucky enough to be invited to taste some of the homemade "domestic" things they make, say yes! Me and my girlfriend had an amazing experience here and we wished we had booked more days before it got full and we lost the option. THANK YOU MARJA and family! - Bruno and Julia from Brasil

Extremely gorgeous people, the stay was as good as it can possibly be. Lovely, family atmosphere. Very good bus communication with the old city. Beautiful views. For sure we will stay here at our next trip to the Dubrovnik.
